1. General Booking Terms

All tours and travel services offered by Ecuador 365 Adventures are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Prices confirmed during the booking process are considered final unless changes are required due to circumstances beyond our control, such as government regulations, access restrictions, or operational changes related to tour logistics.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Please note that transaction fees charged by banks, credit card companies, or payment processors may not be refundable.

2. Cancellation by the Traveler

If you need to cancel your booking, the refund amount will depend on how far in advance the cancellation request is made before the scheduled tour start date.

Standard Tours

For regularly scheduled tours listed on our website:

More than 30 days before the tour start date
A full refund will be issued minus a $50 administrative processing fee.

15 to 30 days before the tour start date
50% of the total payment will be refunded.

Less than 15 days before the tour start date
Refunds are generally not available, as arrangements with guides, transportation providers, and accommodations may already be finalized.

Custom Tours and Private Itineraries

Custom-designed tours may involve special permits, advance reservations, or coordination with multiple partners. Because of this, cancellation policies for custom itineraries may differ from standard tours.

Specific deposit requirements and cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking and will apply to the confirmed itinerary.

3. Rescheduling a Tour

Travelers may request to reschedule a tour if plans change.

To request a new date:

The request should be made at least 15 days before the original tour start date

Rescheduling is subject to tour availability

A $25 administrative rescheduling fee may apply

Rescheduled tours should generally be completed within 12 months of the original booking date, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation by Ecuador 365 Adventures

In rare cases, Ecuador 365 Adventures may need to cancel or modify a tour due to circumstances beyond our control. These situations may include, but are not limited to:

Severe weather conditions

Natural disasters or environmental hazards

Safety concerns

Government restrictions or travel advisories

Transportation disruptions or strikes

If a tour must be canceled by us, travelers will be offered either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule the tour for a future date at no additional cost

Please note that Ecuador 365 Adventures is not responsible for external travel expenses such as flights, hotels, or other arrangements that were not booked through our services.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain travel-related expenses may be non-refundable, particularly when they involve third-party services or special permits.
