At Ecuador 365 Adventures, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling work for our tours and services.
1. General Terms
All bookings are subject to availability.
Prices quoted at the time of booking are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are processed in the original payment method.
Any fees charged by banks or payment processors are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Traveler
a. Standard Tours:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before the tour start date: 50% of total payment refunded.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.
b. Custom Tours:
Custom itineraries may have different deposit and cancellation rules, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your tour at least 15 days before the start date, subject to availability.
A rescheduling fee of $25 may apply.
Rescheduled tours must be completed within 12 months of the original booking date.
4. Cancellation by Ecuador 365 Adventures
We may cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, or safety concerns.
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip at no extra cost.
Ecuador 365 Adventures is not responsible for additional costs incurred outside of our services, such as flights or hotels.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Flight tickets, travel insurance, and optional activities booked outside of Ecuador 365 Adventures are not refundable through us.
Deposits for special events, permits, or limited-access tours may be non-refundable; details will be provided at booking.
